Move details — inventory lists, photos or video of your belongings, access details such as parking, stairs and elevator reservations, building management contacts, and special handling instructions.

Booking and payment information — deposits, balances, payment details processed by our payment providers, and tips. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Correspondence — text messages, emails, call notes, claim forms and reviews you send us.

Employment information, if you apply to work with us.

Other parties directly involved in your move where you have asked us to coordinate with them, such as your building management, storage facility, or a third-party carrier on a long-distance move.

Our insurers and claims adjusters, where a claim has been filed.

Government agencies, regulators, courts or law enforcement, where we are required to do so by law, subpoena or regulation.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party. We also do not share your mobile phone number with any of the parties above for marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are treated separately and more strictly than other information:

The only parties that ever handle your mobile number on our behalf are our telephone and messaging carrier and our moving operations software, strictly in order to transmit the messages you have asked for. They are contractually barred from using it for anything else, and they are not permitted to share it onward.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
