When you sign your estimate, you will receive an arrival window for your move of either a two-hour window in the morning, or three-hour window in the afternoon. If you have an elevator reservation, we work with you to shorten that arrival window. Your team will notify you of their progress throughout the day to ensure that you are kept up to date of their actual arrival time.
