Tipping is never required and never expected, but it is common and it goes to the crew. If you want a benchmark, many customers tip 10 to 20 percent of the job total split among the crew, or a flat amount per mover for a long or difficult day. Tips can be added to your card payment or given in cash — either way, the full amount reaches the crew.
