Packing & Unpacking
When reading the spreadsheet of our price list below you’ll see three columns:
- Container: the cost of the carton itself
- Packing: the cost of packing items into the container
- Unpacking: the cost of unpacking items from the container
Including these costs, we charge a travel time fee for each additional date for packing or unpacking.

Container Rentals Program
Rental Charges
A “rental” has two meanings:
(1) We rent out a container or reusable item that we will receive back at the end of the move, or shortly thereafter. These include tote containers, dish dividers for containers, and reusable wardrobe containers.
(2) We provide supplies in which we give customers an opportunity to return the item for a buy-back credit. We are not charging $30 to use a blanket on a single move day. We ARE charging when the customer keeps a blanket – for example if it goes into storage and we know the move is within the next 30 days. We have effectively “rented” the blanket.
Plastic Container Rental Program:
(1) These are the items that can be rented prior to your move date, and held after your move date.

Delivery: within 10 miles of base point is included, Beyond 10 miles but under 25 miles: $40 for delivery.

Pickup by carrier: First pickup: included, Additional pickups: $25 each
Self-Return: Customers may return totes directly to our office during business hours. Daily charges stop for returned totes on the day they arrive. Please let us know when you are coming to ensure a team member is available to meet you.
(2) These are the items that can be rented during your move, and will be returned at the end of your move.

The following are different types of scenarios and example pricing for customers who may be renting our tote bins. If you are curious about a typical cost per size of space, it’s important to note that this is for just renting the totes or dividers. If you would like zip-ties, packing paper, bubble wrap, etc. we are happy to include these supplies, with no additional cost of delivery if within a 10 mile radius.
